I was so happy to see today's challenge on 365 Cards for the money envelope as my Granddaughter has a wobbly tooth so I made this - This post is picture heavy!!!
The cover has been made from Bazzill card that I cut to 5" x 12" and then scored at 4" intervals with the right side then scored in a diagonal to form a pocket. I added the Diamond Paper (not sure what it's called) and the stamped image of the Fairy which has been coloured with watercolours and pigment to add a sparkle.
I trimmed the bottom edge of the fairy with my MS border punch and added a few pink pearls. The ribbon is threaded through the different layers and around the back to enable it to be tied, I added the two flowers with pearl centres to help tidy the area that the ribbon goes through.
The inside of the card showing the pocket which has been lined with the same diamond paper, the bottom has another piece of card trimmed with the MS punch and a piece of ribbon. The pocket holds a certificate for the child, a layered circle holds a £2-00 coin which is the gift from the Tooth fairy
The left hand side features this poem about the Tooth fairy
And this is the certificate which can be filled in with the Child's name, I designed this on my pc Label programme and it has a tooth which I have made from Shrink Plastic.
Just need the tooth to fall out now so I can play Tooth fairy!
Hope you like it
Forgot to say that I got an award today, I came in the top 5 at Cupcake Craft Challenge for my Blocks I made for my new Grandson Marshall
